I wanted to write a review regarding the wonderful experience I had with JanErik Boers who's Nevada State Bank's lender in Reno. I recently purchased a property and Jan went absolutely above and beyond and made sure my loan process was smooth. He also beat every of other lenders rate in Reno by a full point. I was truly impressed with the service I received.
The Moana & Damonte Ranch Nevada State Bank branches are also wonderful. The staff are extremely nice, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Nevada State Bank!

So heartbroken to update but I must! I've been a customer for some time now.

My account was closed , who even "assisted me" is so rude. After asking, "May I have my ID back" she tossed ...this gal must of been triggered but I didn't deserve that. Life is hard enough to be nice to a worker and they are rude back. Wish I got her name. I do not believe I will open another here.

I sure don't see where "Maria" gets off calling this bank "TRASH". I have dealt wit many of the people there and have NEVER had any problems or issues with any of them. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly gesture of hello's, good mornings, etc.
I've never had to wait in line more than a few minutes and yesterday walked straight to the counter.
So if you are looking for a bank with good people, fast moving lines and one that makes you feel welcomed, give them a try. Or, go to Bank of America where you are just a number, and stand in their lines till you've pulled out all of your hair just to be greeted by the teller that calls you "Ol' Baldy"!

Competent, cordial, excellent customer service to our business. Consustant for many years. Impressed with the attention provided by the bank manager. Sometimes slow at the drive up window but mostly due to being short staffed but I don't think its by choice.
They did the PPP stimulus for our company. Very fast and no glitches.
