Alot of these must be bought reviews because I've had the worst experience with this place then any other. A guy named Sam alhumdi was supposed to be helping me get a loan and there has been little to no communication and now it's been several weeks and he has apparently stopped replying to my messages, at this point I will look elsewhere!

Look no more! Kole and his team facilitated the purchase of our new home with such ease. As first time home buyers, I was impressed by the care, quick response, and kindness in explaining each step in our journey buying our home. My husband and I felt like were his only clients. I am what most loan companies would call a high risk due to past credit history. I had a very popular mortgage company loan officer almost smear at me and tell me I could not get financed to get a home. I felt really down. True I've had problems, but I'm still a good person and everyone can learn from their mistakes, even old ladies like me. So my realtor recommended I give New American a try. It took lots of paperwork, lots of delivering paperwork, lots of phone calls, lots of digging into my memories. But it was all worth it because I now have a house that I love with lots of needed space, a yard for my furry girls and ability to set my own rules and utilize my imagination. I cannot praise Shaundra Tamer and her team enough. They are the best ones to have on your side because they will work with you and they really care about their customers. I not only have a new business associate, I have new Friends!

Joe McCaslin and his team have been nothing short of phenomenal from my first inquiry on a mortgage loan to the day we closed. I had a fairly difficult and unique situation I presented to Joe and he worked hard to get me into my new home. He was patient and answered all my question, providibg me with the knowledge I needed. Jessica was great in making the process and endless supply of information and documents so easy. I felt like she was holding my hand every step of the way from afar.

No matter what your situation is I highly recommend putting your trust and faith in the McCaslin team. They will take good care of your needs!

After obtaining my phone number through misleading marketing this company is repeatedly spamming me. The first time New American Funding called me I stated I wasn't interested and they said ok and we hung up. The second time I simply hung up on them without saying anything. Just now I was woken up from a nap from yet ANOTHER call from them, someone named Chad left me a voicemail trying to follow up. I already told them I wasn't interested. How does one logically follow up on someone who isn't interested? What's it going to take for these pushy sales folk to understand?

The misleading marketing was a link that said "Click to see rates." I was then asked for my contact info. I reluctantly entered my contact info hoping that on the next screen I would see the rates. But nope.

I just hope someone in the company will see this review and get my number removed from their spamming list.

Kole and Mike were such great people to work with. This was my first house loan and didn't realize what all went into it. They were there ever step of the way and kept me in the loop, didn't try to hid anything. I would contact them alot with questions and would always get back to me in a timely manner. I recommend New American Funding for sure

Shaundra Ramer was helping me out with my loan and she was amazing. She made every step of the way easy, stress-free, and made sure I understood everything that was taking place. She is so good at what she does. I would love to recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home (especially first time home buyers). This was my first home I purchased, and didn’t know a whole lot about the process, and Shaundra made sure I knew everything that was taking place, and everything that will take place of the whole process.
