You can not and will not find a better property management company here in Souther Riverside! Gerren Parker and his team go above the expectations of their owners and their tenants. I highly recommend this company if your property isn’t selling at the moment and you need guidance as to what you should do next. I recommend them if you are looking for a place for you and your family to call home! I know without a doubt that they will have your back the way Gerren has mine!

From the very beginning the process was fast and efficient. I was going through a divorce and I was staying with a friend while I searched for my own place. The agent told me exactly what I needed to do to expedite the review and approval process, she followed up w me on time and as scheduled! Once I moved in, I noticed the house was extremely clean, new paint, etc very well kept up in my opinion and as such I felt it was my obligation to keep up w the house as if it was my own. Whenever there was a need for a small repair, all I had to do was to submit a work order on their web page and within 24hrs someone would contact me and schedule for a technician to come out immediately and they would follow up w me until the repair was completed, that process was effortless and I couldn’t be happier to have such an efficient management company behind it because I had enough going on in my life at the time that this was just one less thing I had to worry about, PRICELESS I would say! At the end of my 1yr lease, I decided to move again, Gerren came out to inspect the house, once again they set the right expectations up front in order for me to receive a full refund of my deposit and I followed it to the T and guess what, I did in fact received a full 100% refund of my deposit within the time frame allotted by law which is 21 days! Gerren even called me to advice me my check for a full refund was on its way to me and thanked me for taking such good care of the property while I lived there! Gerren is very professional and straightforward as the rest of his employees proved to me over and over again through and thru! I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I rented an apartment managed by New Season Properties for several years and it was a great experience. Any questions we sent over to Gerren or his team were answered quickly. We had one emergency plumbing situation and he was super helpful in fixing it quickly and getting the owner to fix the issue. When renting or owning, some things are bound to go wrong, but it was great having a management team that cared.

It’s very difficult to find a property management company that you can trust and rely on until now. You can trust your home in their hands and know that everything is going to go well. They are very upfront and reliable. Phone calls are always answered or returned right away unlike other companies that are very hard to get a hold of. They work hard for owners and renters. This is the best as it gets! I am now living in my second house I have leased through New Season Properties and I am still amazed by their professionalism; while making you feel you are important. Every time I have a service or repair request, they always have responded in a quick manner and have taken care of the situation. When I leased my first home from them for about 3 years, the owners of the home decided not to renew the lease because they wanted their home returned. Even though this took me by surprise and I was not prepared to look for another home, New Season Properties was able to find me another home to lease and made the transition to another home so easy and Hassel free. I highly recommend them!

We have been working with Gerren and Megan at New Seasons for close to 10 years now. They managed our property in Hemet and have done a terrific job. We do not live in the US so having someone look over our investment is very important. Even with the different time zones, Gerren managed to connect and coordinate with us on time.

Horrible REALITY!! The reviews that are good on here are fake! Garren is a liar..The repair man they have "Jeremy " discriminated against my disabled son..I was told by Garren to remove my son from the home for them to repair a bathroom leak that took them 2 years to fix..Black mold was found In my home,,As well as my house flooding & ruined my furniture..After 3 years of living there they wanna keep my whole deposit..Charges like 25 dollars to take down a drape!! This REALITY is NO GOOD..PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE..Slum lords is what they are..All they do is bandaid repairs then keep ur deposit to fix their messes.. Im glad to be done with them & would highly recommend Everyone to pass this place up..Read the real reviews & see what people have to day about them..

We lived in a property under the management of New Season Properties for three years. Gerren, the manager, was very polite and respectful every time we dealt with him. Even when we had problems with rent or other things. Most of our maintenance problems were dealt with quickly, especially when things like water or electricity were involved. The office staff was always very friendly when we had to go in to take care of something. The house we were in was great. Perfect for our family. Nice yard. Nice neighborhood. Well taken care of by past tenants. We had a couple of problems with the HOA being nasty to us and Gerren and New Season Properties stood up for us and helped with deal with the HOA. At the end of our lease, the home owner informed New Season Properties and us that they were selling and we weren't going to be able to renew our lease. Gerren helped us get out of the property quickly and convinced the home owner to let us out of our contract a month early so we could get our family into another home that would work for us right away when the opportunity presented itself.
