Do not pay the application fee. I filled out an application, called the next day to cancel because the property had already been rented. She said she cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged. Then the next day AFTER THE HOUSE WAS ALREADY RENTED OUT, I got charged a $55 application fee. For what?!! The house I wanted was gone, so I am no longer applying. It sucks paying $55 on an application being “run” after you know you already aren’t going to get it. Such a scam.

I recently rented from New springs for almost 2 years. They are slum lords that just like to keep your deposits. I left my Duplex in excellent condition and since I was 2 days shy of my 20 day notice to move out they kept $950 of my deposit and they kept more for unpaid utilities when I paid them all they never asked me for receipts, plus $100 for lawn care when I did the lawn the day before I moved out. So needless to say out of my $2000 deposit I got $600. This place is a joke they started harassing me and saying I had people living in my garage and it just went down hill from there. I would not recommend renting from them to anyone.

This company, hands down is the best rental agency. The people there are respectful, nice, attentive to tenants needs. The maintenance crew are spot on and there when needed. I highly recommend New Springs and will never rent from.anyone else.

I know its long but if you looking to rent here, please read might change your mind-----absolute terrible my sister rented from them, and they were always on time with their rent and never had an issue. That was until she put in a two month notice to vacate. They would return any calls; we had the place professionally cleaned asked if someone could come out to see if it met with their standards and we only did this because of all the reviews we had read. When her husband and I went to turn in the notice they would not answer there door even though we were looking right at the receptionist through the windows they absolutely refused to open the door. We put the notice through the mail slot. We got in the car and watch the receptionist pick up the paper and discard it we thought she might do this based on the previous interaction with the staff so we wrote up another letter stating we will be moving in 2 month we gave very good notice. fast forward to the moving day got everything out and have professional come in and clean. Few days later after moving out completely we got our letter from new spring stating we will be charged a cleaning fee and a broken window fee (by the way this window was already cracked when they moved in and it was written down on our paper work when they first moved in they tried to give us a different copy and said this was m y sister hand writing Luckly we copied the original and had proof) once we proved there lies with that they turned around and said we had to pay for all the piping under the house. They said a cleaner we used to clean the bathtub with had melted the pipes (we used Mrs. Meyers organic tub and tile cleaner) how can this melt metal pipes ? any ways not only did they keep our $1500 deposit, but they also tried to charge them another 2,000 for the so-called damages. When we asked to see how they found these so-called damages under the house and that we wanted to see the proof they ignored our calls locked the door anytime we would try to come in and would yell at them to leave and the male working there said get you ugly a$$ wife out of here to my brother-in-law. they will be nice to you in the beginning but once you want to move or have an issue with your house the fight is on. And don't think you will get you deposit back because trust me you won't. ALL I CAN'T SAY IS THESE PEOPLE WORKING AT NEW SPRING ARE NOT ONLY LAIRS BUT ARE EXTREMLY IMMATURE. There is also a family dealing with the same issue, but they are refusing to take their rent to say that they aren't paying their rent (they have video and voice recording of them refusing to take the money) BE SMART DONT PUT YOURSELFS THROUGH THE STRESS OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Don't expect to ever get your deposit back from them. Deep cleaned the house even had carpets professionally cleaned and by no means were we dirty people and they kept the $1500 deposit. And then tried to charge us more money even listed everything that was wrong g with the house before we moved in. Very unprofessional
