In February of this year, I posted a one-star review of this provider based on a recommended poor performing index annuity.  The seven year annuity has returned zero gain after two years.  The representative was predicting four to six percent a year.  After reviewing the index options between the caps and fees I will probably be lucky to get a percent or two total, and I have another 58 months left on the product.

A week after my post David Nicolas called me to apologize and told me the representative is no longer an employee.  He offered me some compensation, and I decided to remove the review.  In six weeks I still have not received anything and he only replies after I call or text.

At this point, the delays/excuses have gone on too long (four weeks) and he did not honor his commitment.  I understand that no one can predict the future and that investments lose money.  However, do what you promise!

Just read your last reply, I do not hate anyone and your opinion is insulting and inaccurate. You only replied to me after I called for an update and yes a month is enough time. Unprofessional, last I checked I am the client and you called me a hater, great values and integrity.

Do you always post how much your clients invest with you on Goggle?

(SEC) Regulation S-P requires independent registered investment advisors as well as brokers working at broker-dealers to keep financial information ‘secure’ and to provide a ‘privacy notice’ to clients.

Please remove my investment amount, I am filing a complaint.

We started with Nicholas Wealth by attending a free dinner and we were impressed with what we heard. We scheduled a meeting with Graham at their office to learn more and had several meetings to map out a retirement plan. There are many things that impressed us but probably the number one thing is that they do a complete plan. Graham answered all my questions and I had a lot! We have worked with several different financial advisors over the years but this is the first one that really took the time to explain the plan they proposed and explain risk management as we head into retirement. I have peace of mind now that I did not have before.

David has always taken his time to review my investments with me on an annual basis. Not only that but when my grandfather passed away he took time to meet with my grandmother and make sure she understood her financial situation and how to access any money she would need even though it was a very small amount and David didn’t profit anything from helping her. When she passed away David took his time to meet with my mom and make sure any investments were managed properly and that she had a plan for retirement. David knows the markets but most importantly he cares about people and does what he can to help them be successful.
