I have worked with many different realtors and I can honestly say that Zach and the NM dream house team do the best work in the area. Zach helped me beat out 7 other buys on my dream house because he knew exactly what it would take. These guys are miracle workers and will above and beyond to make sure you get into your dream house. If by some chance anything happens to go wrong, they will literally do anything to make it right. Zach even helped me move in on moving day. We stopped in Farmington on our way home from Utah and thought we might be interested in the area to look for a new “forever dream home”. Spent a day looking around and contacted NM Dream House to get in touch with a local realtor. Zach G made himself available the next day to show us around! Fell in love with the area and although the house we wanted fell thru, Zach made himself available yet again to do a virtual tour of other homes. We found our new dream home and were able to close on it in 30 days due to Zach’s diligence in working the deal, referring great contacts for the whole process, and even making multiple trips to the home to check out whatever item we were wondering about. Zach continued to go above and beyond even after closing with returning to the house to get measurements and allow contractor access for repairs that were approved for the deal to be finalized.
