Noel and his team are amazing! He is knowledgeable, a clear and effective communicator, has topnotch organizational skills, and is a great advocator for his customers. One of the best home loan experiences I have had when attempting to purchase a home. A true Gold Country gem! Unfortunately, the home purchase I was hoping to achieve fell through because of a multitude of issues unrelated to Noel and the home loan process. Despite the loan not being needed after all, he still sent a kind email at the end, which was just what was needed at a sad impasse and was truly classy.
