UPDATE: Now this is still a top tier bank and if you are comfortable with them and enjoy the service, then you should absolutely continue to stay here.

We were banking clients here for many years and never really had any issues along the way. Then when we needed them at our most time of need, they dropped the ball, and we have since moved with our banking services. Well, what happened? Usually when you are bringing large checks to banks, they are excited, they want to help you deposit it in your bank account. Unfortunately, we had a very large check, all we wanted to do was deposit it because we recently sold our home and didn't want to have a large cashier's check in our possession over the weekend. The bank literally told us that they couldn't do it and have to come back next week to set up an appointment. I was absolutely blown away and we had to scramble. We had to go to Chase Bank, and they were able to execute everything that we requested within a matter of one hour. All that was required was to open a new account in the Trust name and deposit the check. Every bank will have different policies and procedures. I have always found businesses that succeed do everything they can for the clients because without their clients they would not exist.

OLD REVIEW:
I believe this is the best bank in Tucson Arizona. The staff here always treats the customer with the highest level of respect and courtesy. Northern Trust is a top-tier bank and reminds me of the days when customers were appreciated. Something you do not see in most banks today. I have not found this level of service in a bank in a very long time. Jeanie Moga has been nothing but helpful setting up accounts for many members of my family. She has always been there regarding any questions or concerns, and on top of it, she is an excellent person to work with! If you are looking for a top-tier bank where you will feel appreciated, then look no further!
