I have been part of several Real Estate Investor Associations and this is one of the few from day one that feels welcoming and like there are true experts in the group. I joined the club a little over a year ago. Overall, the club itself is ok, however the vendors list is somewhat outdated. vendors who are still active on the list are not very responsive or make promises that they cannot fulfill. If you are a rehab person or fix/flip person currently putting sweat-equity into your properties, then this is a club you may get something out of. If you are a buy & hold investor relying on professional vendors to partner up with, you may not get as much out of it as you hoped for.
