I can’t even understand how this company is still in business. They are crooks. DiDi and Verna have made dealing with this company virtually impossible. They do not have the best interest of their clients to consider. They are interested in their pockets. It’s clear because they have been my associations account for 10+ years and majority of the homeowners are unhappy and dissatisfied With them. They aren’t trustworthy and they provide horrible customer service. They are rude in person and over The phone and they do not communicate with members of the community

If I could give this property management company a zero star, they are absolutely horrible. they do not follow up. They are not honest. They are not responsible. They put the blame on other people. They have absolutely zero ethics. especially Verna, she has been caught in multiple lies, there’s definitely something nefarious going on within that company I hope they are held accountable eventually.

I am a homeowner in a condo that used Ntegrity for a short period of time. It was an awful experience as a homeowner. They blamed our previous management company for all of the problems they refused to acknowledge and fix, allowed my husband and myself (and many of our neighbors) to sleep in moldy bedrooms because they refused to fix damaged walls and ceilings from leaks. Our many concerns about our building were often met with a bad attitude.

Our HOA has parted ways with them, and I have still been charged an HOA fee by them. They refuse to return my calls or emails to refund my money. I would steer clear of this company at all costs. All of my neighbors in my building would agree.

Our 4 unit condo building has been working with N’tegrity for a few years now and Verna and her team have literally saved our building from a lot of problems. Since we’ve been working with them so many issues from taxes to termite problems have been resolved. And all along the way Verna is constantly finding opportunities to save us money, including helping us move to an interest bearing HOA focused bank. I can’t say enough about N’tegrity and how grateful we are to have them providing much needed oversight for our HOA and unit. We have more projects we want to tackle to improve our building and we wouldn’t trust anyone but Verna and team to help guide us through it. If you’re in need of a community management company, N’tegrity is a phenomenal choice!
