Ever since nuvision took over, this credit union is impossible to deal with. I've been a member for almost 2 decades at that building and have NEVER had so many things go wrong, money go missing, autopaymemts randomly stopped and NO WAY TO REACH ANYONE EVER. It's just a bank in a trench coat now AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It's not Greater Wyoming at all. Worst ever

My husband and I have been with this credit union for over 20 years now, and I couldn't be happier. They have a very pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. They have continue to service all our banking and financial lender needs, with continual updating of the services they provide. Loved them so much that is where I had my daughter set up her banking when she started her first job! Great service with a small home town feel!

If you are looking for a great and personalized banking experience, Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union in my opinion, is your only choice. I have been banking with them for quite some time and I have had nothing short of an awesome experience with them. Crystal was so great to Deal with. She explained everything so well. She answered all of my questions and returned calls promptly if busy helping other customers. This was my first time taking out a loan to buy a better more reliable vehicle. Great experience and recommend anyone if looking for a loan to buy a car and home. I hopefully will be going thru them when I buy a home.
