Great location in uptown Sedona 4 miles north of town on Oak Creek. Pet friendly. We had a great 2 bedroom unit with a kitchenette, jacuzzi tub and shower and electric fireplace. Outside was a little sitting area and BBQ for the warmer weather. I walked down to the creek with my dogs. Charming place with a great staff. I really appreciated being able to use the parking pass for the hiking trails. Peaceful and quiet at night. Kitchen comes with microwave, coffee maker and assorted teas and cups, plates and silverware. I highly recommend for you and your furry friends

This place is absolutely beautiful BUT it needs so much more care on the grounds. We stayed here at the end of July and we were down by the creek, when sitting in one of the chairs we realized it was covered in THOUSANDS of ants. Then there was a rattlesnake slithering around our stuff. It is the wilderness so we let it go, but when we got back to the room there was another snake poking out under the wood right outside of our rooms front door. Literally inches away from the door. Who knows how many snakes were actually under there. There are cob webs everywhere, the place needs a good cleaning. I absolutely love the property but will not go again because of the lack of cleanliness on the grounds and the snakes outside of our room.

So far not so good. We checked in on a whim. Went to the creek. Came back and my fiance made a great dinner on the grill even though the grates were a mess. But my main complaint is that I booked this for the jacuzzi room. No hot water. Couldn't even take a shower after. Not impressed by that. The receptionist was nice and said she'd send maintenance but they never came. I'll be requesting a discount since I could have spend my money anywhere but chose here for the jacuzzi and never got to use it.

Extremely beautiful and they saved my life! I had an allergic reaction to something i ate and the team at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure i got medical attention, got picked up from the hospital, and extended my stay.

The room itself was cozy, had a nice fireplace, and a great jacuzzi inside the room. They also gave me some free soaps for the jacuzzi 🙂

The terrace area was really nice and the creek was walking distance from the rooms with some chairs and hammocks available to chill by the creek.

10 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend

My friend and I escaped the Phoenix heat this past weekend and headed and headed 1.5 hrs north to Oak Creek and stayed at the Oak Creek Terrace. They really left [almost] no stone unturned. They thought of everything. As you walk throughout the property, every room and every cabin has its own unique decor. Cute little statues throughout. Places to sit and relax, eat, play a game, star gaze, sunbathe. The walk to the creek from the property is a couple of flights down and is worth every step. To sit and relax, listening to the water amongst the beautiful trees without another (unnatural) sound is exquisite. It's close to town (Sedona) and an easy hour from Flagstaff. This was pure heaven. We went into town to get food so we can just hang back at the property. We napped under the trees, bbq'd, played games under the stars.||Our room had a fireplace (didn't use- still too warm) and jacuzzi (hot water only worked 1 of 2 nights). Only downside (at least in our room, #7) is there is NO closet, and the bathroom sink barely came out far enough to brush your teeth. Check your room that you book (before you book it) to see if it meets all your accommodations. We had 2 adults and a dog for 3 days and we just lived out of our suitcases.||The staff in the office and throughout the grounds were nothing but professional, kind & accommodating. I would go back NOW and just vet the rooms better (my friend booked).

Outstanding place to go. Only 4 on service because check in was at 3.. not in till 340... Thankful she was pretty good but did take lysol wipes to the jacuzzi tub. Hair was to be expected so no biggie. Went in beginning of " fall" will need their approved wood to keep warm in winter but honestly I hope we can bring my daughter next time. 100 recommend!!!

Super disappointed!

NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Booked one of their rooms to surprise my man for his birthday. Showed up and the room did NOT match what was advertised on the site AT ALL. Further, it had no closet, ZERO shelving space, the bathroom door was way smaller than the door frame, the sink was a Barbie sized sink, etc. The sheets were stained ALL OVER - we had to ask for clean sheets and got wet ones with fewer stains. The shower didn’t drain, blinds didn’t close, and sink was unusable. We never even got to use the hot tub bc we ended up utilizing it for our belongings as there was absolutely nowhere to put our things. Not a single shelf or even a hook!

I wish we could have left and gone elsewhere but the surrounding area was pretty booked up so we were kinda stuck. I’ve stayed at Motel 6s in the middle of nowhere that were much nicer than this room. And for a fraction of the price.

The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care about our complaints and the maintenance crew was smoking in and outside of the units.

The whole thing was absolutely disgusting and I’m really bummed bc it tarnished our trip. I absolutely would not stay here again and would not recommend it!

We stayed at Oak Creek Terrace Resort for 2 nights for a wedding. The wedding party reserved all the rooms at the resort, since the ceremony and reception were on-site. Our room was Bungalow #19. It was spacious and clean, and we were very satisfied with the amenities. The one suggestion I would make is to put some reflective tape along the step in the middle of the room, because it is very easy to miss especially if you have to head to the bathroom in the middle of the night.||My son and his wife were next door in #18, and that was also a nice room somewhat smaller than ours. The wedding party and family had the Family rooms, including #17 and #20, and we spent time in there as well. They were clean and offered plenty of space for sleeping and gathering. ||This is NOT a luxury "resort", so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere in Sedona. This place has a more rustic vibe, in the woods along Oak Creek, with beautiful grounds along a (pretty steep) hill leading down to Oak Creek. This includes the courtyard where the reception was (externally furnished and catered). the sandy area overlooking the creek where we relaxed in the outdoor furniture and played games, and finally down into the woods to the creek itself where the wedding was held. It was beautiful. and we had a blast. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Oak Creek in Sedona.
