Terrible experience with this company. Filed a small claim for roof damage and they took forever to reach a decision on top of poor communication. They then changed my coverage from cost to replace to actual cash value. They then proceeded to increase my rates as well. So they now expect me to pay more for less coverage. No thanks. I will be changing companies.
