Oceana was very knowledgeable and patient about explaining the loan process and in answering our many questions. We appreciated Logan drafting up some various mortgage & closing cost scenarios for us, which helped us determine the "highest and best" offer we were comfortable making. Their services are clearly in high-demand, and sometimes it would be a little while before we heard back, but we were ultimately completely satisfied with the overall pace of our loan process - we closed escrow in less than 30 days! We were very pleased that Summit Funding honored the interest rate quoted in our initial Loan Documents, even though the rates had risen by the time we were able to lock-in a rate.
