They have removed the dam at the park and the ecology is returning to the natural stream flow from the 1700s. The dam and lake made a beautiful setting, but it is interesting watching the stream return to its natural state.

Cute little park we found to waste a few minutes in between errands. My 5 year old loved the newer equipment and the gazebo would be perfect for a lunch or snack.
Restroom was temporarily closed which is hard with a 5 year old.

Enjoyed viewing the wildlife. This area is known for its many water snakes. We counted 5 in just one section of water. Unfortunately a lot of litter from parties, particularly under the railroad bridges. Otherwise it would be a great place to enjoy listening to the water falls.

Been going to Ol' Mill Dam Park since I was a baby. One of my favorite places to go and think, fish, and get right with myself. Small but scenic the waterfalls and sound made by the dam is rather peaceful.
