Terrible. The apartments are next to housing that raise goats causing the smell to waft into the area in the summer. The housing manager is new and doesn't communicate properly (they charged us for renters insurance even though we had it). We've had a hole in our roof for more than six months and they still haven't fixed it. Too many rules for this apartment ie. You can't work on your car in the parking lot, or decorate you patio how you see fit. Trash bins always fill up pay full and the pool's a mess. For the price wouldn't recommend

I had an issue with my washer drain causing overflow. The staff responded to my maintenance request was handled the very next morning. The maintenance staff is always so friendly and thorough. Thank you 👍
