This company takes advantage of Latino immigrants with random rent increases and unexplained, complicated utility charges without letting people see the actual charges. Work orders are ignored and/or take weeks to be addressed, often opting for the cheapest possible bandaid for the problem instead of an actual repair.

Just absolute trash! Made an appointment to view a property in garden grove after receiving confirmation the day before and the morning of the appointment with Tina Griffith. Waited 10-15 minutes and called various numbers and finally texted her when I got a text back that she would not be going and that I would have to reschedule. The absolute gall! My partner and I had to take time off work, re-arrange our schedule to make this showing. Blatantly rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviews and work with another company.

We had an exceptional experience with this management company. They are hands-on, caring, and unlike other management companies, they are not solely focused on taking your money and doing the bare minimum.

Every individual, from the owner to every staff member, exudes professionalism and genuine care. The office manager goes above and beyond to ensure that everything, from security to bill payments, runs seamlessly.

Initially hesitant due to negative feedback about management companies in general, I am now glad I hired them. I couldn’t have imagined handling all they do on my own.

Horrible experience worst communication need to say lack of communication from both offices no update on your application will waste 2 weeks of your time when they know your move out date. Very poor customer service. Played a lot of phone tags. Now Adrienne tried to say they never received my phone calls. When I have talked to a Stephanie. So is she imaginary Never got a phone call back. I feel bad for the tenants horrible communication no wonder it has 2 stars. They need to take advice from the people they disappointed and do improving in their customer services skill. How are you a property manager don’t know what’s going on in your office or the status of an application? Or no updating your clients Very poor customer service. Treated horribly. Don’t not apply.

Great customer service. Any problem that comes up with my property, they take care of it immediately. If the problem is over a certain amount, they inform me and get my permission.

When the last tenants left, they were very quick to find new tenants (within one month!). If I could rate them higher, I absolutely would!

Slumlords, slumlording. They just want to raise rents and cycle through new tenants. No regard for community whatsoever. There's no handicapped parking. They simply don't care about us.
