I recently had an exceptional experience with One City Insurance, and I couldn't be more impressed! On Saturday, September 7th, around 10:30 am, I called their office on behalf of my cousin, who is the new owner of a vehicle that I previously owned. My cousin was interested in purchasing car insurance for the vehicle, and I was helping them navigate the process.
Unfortunately, One City Insurance's phones were temporarily out of service when I called. However, the office manager personally reached out to me from her cell phone shortly after my initial call. Despite the technical issues, she took the time to understand our situation and provided guidance on what we needed to do next.
I was impressed that another agency I had contacted earlier that day told me they were unable to assist with the type of help I needed. In contrast, One City Insurance's office manager walked me through my options for completing the vehicle transfer process. She clearly explained each step and helped us understand what we needed to do.
The office manager's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression on me. Her willingness to take the time to help us, even though it was a Saturday morning and their phones were out of service, speaks volumes about One City Insurance's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend One City Insurance to anyone seeking reliable and customer-centric insurance services. Their dedication to helping people in need is evident in everything they do, and I'm grateful for the exceptional experience I had with them. Thank you, One City Insurance!

If I could put 10 stars I would. Erika is the best at what she does, she’s fast and efficient and knows what’s she’s doing. I was dreading going to the dmv but now that they provide dmv services I saved time and was met with a friendly face. Aldo and Gabby make sure to create a welcoming environment for new and old customers, they are extremely attentive and will explain the whole process. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know, I can’t imagine having anyone else as my insurance agents.

I've been with One city Insurance for at least 7yrs now and Ericka Dominguez has been helping me ever since. Let me tell u when I say I have no words to describe her it's because I don't, there's no words to describe how AMAZINGLY GREAT SHE IS! Honestly I don't even think I've ever talked to her lol we've only text! But her patience and dedication is on POINT! She's answered alllll my questions, helped me through a problem I had recently and never told me anything negative always tried to help with the solution and I'm truly GRATEFUL FOR THAT! I love this place. I was a little confused on one of my payments. They look at my stuff and help me understand it with no problems. My payment are really great. This part is years later. They first insured me 2015, I have had a few different cars since then, but I love this company. I love the great customer service and that if I forget to pay they will call to remind me. I'm so busy and I've replaced the card and forgot to update. But I can always depend on them to keep me insured. I'm very happy with the company.
