The women in the office were super friendly and made my move-in stress free. There was a small miscommunication about the apartment I would be moving into but it was no one's fault and it wqs fixed not even an hour after I showed up to move in. They were also very prompt and made sure that I would be able to get in with my key card despite the process of switching apartments took a while. It was worth it in the end, my apartment is really nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and answer all questions I had for them. I would 100% recommend this place for the friendly faces in the office and the beautiful apartment!

I've been here since 8/1/2024, I've been highly satisfied with the staff and management. Janell and Candace made my move in a breeze. I have one of the renovated units and I'm please with the layout and design. I had one maintenance issue with a loose pipe on my new washer and it was handled within a couple of hours. Overall I've had a great experience so far at Rocky Ridge.

The apartments are nice overall clean neighborhood gates are always broken because people don’t know how to drive valet trash is okay but the cats in the neighborhood tear up the trash and it’s summer time the pool is always packed with kids pool should be cleaned more frequently.. I wish there was at least 2 or 3 days out of the week strictly for adults nice quiet neighborhood overall good area convenient to a lot of stores and Arbor Place Mall

If I could give this rating 10 stars, I would! My move-in experience was outstanding, thanks to Ms. Janelle, Ms. Brandy, and Ms. Miyah. Their professionalism and support made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me settle in. Highly recommend!

This place is definitely not worth the price. You rent a one bedroom for $1600 a month. The space is very small, not a lot of storage, and the grounds are poorly kept. I will definitely post some pics. They have a half * ss garbage crew that pics up the trash by your door when they feel like. Oh, Yes . They have a garbage schedule but it's ridiculous! Then when you want to take your trash to the dumpster, it's Horrific! I don't take it to the dumpster because I'm afraid that I will be attacked by some sort of animal. Also the gate never works. So this is Not a gated community. My advise, DON'T MOVE HERE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

The website claims to have apartments available, but you can only select 2 days out as your move in date without the amount increasing by $400! This is literally insane and honestly just bad faith business practices! It's literally impossible to communicate with anyone as no one picks up the phone or responds back to email inquiries. This is a pass for me and my family. We will continue our search!

I went to tour a 2 bedroom & was helped by Candace. The tours are self-guided. I like that because I don’t have to listen to someone try to sell me on an apartment. I took my time looking at everything. The apartments are renovated including a washer & dryer (an additional fee of course). The patios are a nice size too. I did see a lot of children just out & about riding their scooters & such, for the most part they did stay out of the way & close to the sidewalk. I also noticed a playground, which would be great for my 1 year old since she loves outside. I will apply & can hopefully call this place home. I wish I could post pictures, but I took a video & it’s too large to post 🙁

One Rocky Ridge may be one of thee worst complexes I’ve lived, they overcharge for everything! You find random things on your bill, there’s dog poop EVERYwhere, the office NEVER picks up the phone. So expect the only form of communication with them is via email.. days later. The gate hasn’t worked the whole time I’ve lived in this complex. Loud dogs barking for days straight and the office never does anything about the issues you have.. you’ll bring it to their attention and they just refer you elsewhere. The pool has been closed since I moved in.. ohhh and they charge you fees NO MATTER WHAT on your rent, but if you want the services YOURE FORCED TO PAY FOR.. you have to ask for them and you’re charged no matter if you receive them or not. Random stray cats every where, they also poop and urinate on the breeze ways. They steps to the apartment buildings look like they have the coodies. Trash is always allllll over the complex and compactor. Bugs every where.. it’s honestly been nothing less than a nightmare
