Hey everyone! I am leaving an excellent review for Ivan T who assisted me with One AZ. He is amazing and I wanted everyone to know it. Shopping around for a car is stressful and he really took his time to answer my questions and tell me the truth with grace when it came to the numbers and financing.

He is extremely patient, genuine, and continuously followed up with my calls when he was assisting other customers in a timely fashion. My sister and brother in-law recently passed away and named me as their executor. Since I live in Southern California, performing my executor responsibilities required frequent trips to Arizona. One of these trips involved me locating and securing their finances from both a large Arizona Bank, and also from OneAZ CU. The bank treated me like I was a criminal trying to steal their funds, and were not at all helpful or compassionate. Even though I had all the needed documentation proving who I was and my executor role assignment, they just could not be made to understand why I needed the funds, and placed multiple roadblocks trying to prevent me from securing the funds from their institution. Ivan and the other Member Service Representatives at One AZ CU Oro Valley Branch on the other hand were all extremely compassionate, exhibited great integrity, and treated me with respect and dignity! They all made the process of closing out the accounts as painless as possible. They even went out of their way to provide me with 4 years' worth of account statements that I requested for supporting my discovery and accounting needs. I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to Ivan and the other staff at One AZ CU for treating me the way that they did! I highly recommend anyone needing to enter into a relationship with a financial institution to stay away from any bank unless absolutely necessary and become a member of the OneAZ CU Community! You won't regret it, there is no comparison to the pains of dealing with a bank, and the pleasure of dealing with a people/member-oriented Credit Union!
