I am leaving this late review because I don’t know why he still on my policy which is ridiculous because he’s horrible. Michael was my agent when I first signed up with Progressive in 2018. He told me that a fee was because of my driving past, however on my bank statement it was his commission. I don’t want anything to do with him and I blocked his number anyway. Why can’t you just tell me its your commission seriously like you’re doing the work. The fact that you lied about it makes me dislike you, distrust and think low of you. it was michael nassir

We had to change our home insurance provider due to high rate increases. Jack Keleshyan was extremely helpful in working everything out for us and helping us to understand all the process. I worked with them to get a non-owners insurance policy, and my request was handled by Nancy. She selected the wrong policy and my credit card got charged, which hasn't been refunded back even after multiple calls. Second time, she selected the wrong policy dates and blamed me for calling her multiple times for the mistake. That is also not yet corrected, even after I followed up multiple times with them. They are making me pay for their mistakes, which is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend On Guard to anyone!
