Benji. Gets. It. Done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? I will recommend Only 1 Benji and his team again and again. Benji is creative, hardworking, smart, communicative, and he just gets it done. One example is, I did not agree with the appraisal on my home, Benji was able to get my appraisal reevaluated by noticing that the homes nearby may have been within the suggested range, but one closed higher than what the listing was so he had it updated to increase the value of my home’s appraisal. Benji is the man, go to Benji.

We went through Benji's office in 2018 to buy our first home. The process was efficient, speedy and professional. Plus, his staff are friendly and know their stuff. Did I mention the office decorations? Amazing! Then, recently in December of 2019 we met with Benji to see if we can reduce the interest rate on our home loan. He confirmed that we can save roughly $30k total from our loan. We are stoked! The process has been smooth and now we're just waiting to sign the final docs. Benjis' office is the best!
