This is a company filled with truly awful people. I’m not at all surprised that the 5 star reviews are from the people on the boards of HOAs as board members and management companies usually go hand in hand when it comes to terrible management decisions and terrible treatment of the other people living in communities and buildings.

This company is unprofessional at best and criminal at times and yes I do have proof. As an owner we have had to get lawyers involved repeatedly and the building in the time I have lived here going on 5 years has had one annual meeting for all the home owners which had to be legally forced.
This company and its employees are a perfect example of laziness and truly not caring at all what happens to other people. I have seen swarms of bugs, nests of termites on the roof and stairwells, the elevator is broken more often than it works despite HOA fees of over $500 a month, several families with children in strollers, and several individuals who are not capable of using the stairs.

As someone who rented with normal landlords before owning, no one loves their landlord and no building is perfect, but this company is truly some of the worst people I have ever encountered.

I have worked with OnTrack for almost 10 years now. First as a condo owner and for the last five years as a board member. I have always had the best experience with them. All the staff are always courteous and helpful regardless of who you are. They will always help if you have a question/problem.
