The young man was great! Professional, friendly, caring. And quick to reassure me that it does not take 5-6 weeks to get my glasses (based on a past experience) but 1-2 weeks, which is ideal. I can then return to my home in Mexico. He also helped me pick out a set of glasses (2) very quickly, that were complimentary to my face. And applied available discounts that made a huge difference in the bill, given all the features I needed.

Liza in Kaiser Union City's Optical Department was great! She helped to find a good solution, organized a plan for testing it, gave me guidance on eye drops for my dry-eye problem, etc. I have every confidence in her. And, she has a delightful personality.
Besides Liza, it was super easy to make my appointment, I was greeted the second I arrived, helped within 5 minutes. This is a great team and I highly recommend them.
