All these bad reviews.., It sounds like it thier own mistake that the bank did what they did, and then they get mad about it. How many overdrafts have they already refunded.. and how many times have they asked for documents.. why have someone else name at the top.. why couldn't the name at the top take care of it So many questions that leave an inquiring mind wondering.
Orrstown is a bank for responsible kind of adults that take the time to spell check thier bad review. lol

I usually use the drive through the most, however, any time I have had to go inside they are more than pleasant to work with. I enjoy that they don't make me feel like my transactions are a bother to them, and always say to have a good day or weekend.

I had a horrible experience with this bank. I used to bank before and came back thought it was going to be nice to have a banking account with my boyfriend to save together. So I put my boyfriend as the main person on the account and he had me under him. So they asked me to provide documentation that I still get mail from the mailing address on my driving lincese which I do bc that's my parents address even though I live with my boyfriend and I gave it to them. A month later glwe get a letter in the mail stating they closed our account out since I didn't provide the documentation when I did I went into the branch and gave them a bill that I got mail from my parents house. This branch dosent deserve any stars and I will not refer anyone here. I will make sure the word gets out. poor customer service at the branch.
