I used to love this bank but for some unknown reason there is a gentleman that works there I cannot remember his name but he is always very very rude to me and turns me away a lot of the time for no good reason; saying my checks are not clearly written (but they are clear and I can cash them in spencer no problem whatsoever) other times saying they do not have the funds to cash my check that day; making me drive all the back home without my money. Other times he is Just rude in general; NEVER saying hi or what would you like to do today? etc. it just bothers me because i have never wronged this bank in anyway and I have never done anything to deserve this treatment and I’m honestly wondering why he is this way with me and if he is this way with anyone else.
