Because of the Housing Market crash years ago the rules have become very strict for getting approved for and purchasing a home even when you have good credit and a decent down payment. Also, because of lack of inventory the advantage was in the hands of the Sellers.

When you have these odds against you, a person like Ravi is who you need to have the best chances of finding the right place that suits the needs of you and your family. He used his experience, determination and commitment to excellence to help us get approved and purchase the home we were looking for.
