After Mark had done such a remarkable job refinancing my parents home, I decided to give him another go selling my families house, since my mother had passed earlier this year. As it was already a difficult time, Mark handled every aspect of the sale from start to finish. He advised on Inspectors to evaluate the overall condition of the property. Gave sound advice on home improvements within my budget. Called and scheduled prominent contractors and handymen. He accessed detailed information of comparable (comps) homes in the community to assure Me a target value. Each question answered fully, as well as all signed contracts and near future duties. Even toward closing, Mark made sure the title company wired funds in a timely manner. Pacific National Lending attended to Me like a first class client and I have Mark Avila to Thank.
