The entire staff is what makes this bank special for me. They are always very welcoming and genuinely sincere and at the same time very professional, not only with me but with all of their customers. Everyone from the top management to the tellers are willing and available to help with anything. I really feel special because they all knew about my birthday, they got me a cake and a card with all their signatures, something that I will never ever forget!!

I will say Pacific Premier Bank in Los Alamitos is by far my best banking experience I have had in my 33 years of business. The bank staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They know each customer by name..and you never have to wait in line. The branch manager Dan will go to any length to help you with your banking needs.

I have been banking at this location for over five years and have always been treated with a warm greeting from the entire staff and they have always gone the extra mile to insure my complete satisfaction. Dan Schwartz has taken care of all my small business needs and Gabby, the Bank Service Manager and her team go about their business in an efficient and friendly manner. I recently went into a well known bank on a hectic Friday and was faced with a long line and one teller! Manager made no attempt to resolve the log jam, thanks but no thanks. I'll stick with PPB!

The level of customer service exceeds all expectations period from the warm greeting when you walk in the door to the personalized service when you get during each transaction.
