No stars if I could,truck towing a vehicle ran off road and kicked a bunch of rocks up , I think he was on his phone because if he had to pull over there was plenty
of pavement in front of him 30’ away. Won’t be using them if they treat vehicles like that .

My family and I will forever be grateful for willie! He saved us on the day we needed it the most. If it weren't for him, we'd be stuck on the side of the freeway in the heat for hourrrrsss. Thank god he came to the rescue! He was actually off that day but he came in cuz he realized that the location we were in was hard to get anyone to pick us up from there. How thoughtful is he! Not only was he great at his job, he also had the best customer service! Willie was very nice and friendly! We were so lucky to have met him that day!

we lost the keys to our car and needed it towed in to get a new key programmed. we went through our insurance to have it towed. the guy who was supposed to tow it showed up hours later and then said he couldn’t do it because he didn’t have the proper tools. he also said he couldn’t unlock it so that we can get our stuff out. we contacted pacific towing and they arrived within 30 minutes. they were able to unlock our car and tow it successfully! there were no damages done to the car. i am happy with this outcome. will definitely recommend!

We were in our large RV and broke down on Interstate 5. He was able to tow our 41’ Motorhome to a safe location. The driver was very nice and gave us suggestions on where we could get it fixed as well as restaurants in the area. We ended up using him the next day as well after we figured out where our warranty allowed us to take it to.
