Would not recommend this company to anyone in need of property management. We've been forced to deal with them because this is who our landlord chose. Long story short, we've had an extreme water leak for 2 rain seasons now, and they STILL have not resolved the issue. In the meantime our carpet has been ruined, and is in need of replacement. Not to mention the mold that has sure to have formed under our counters from the multiple flooding's. Go elsewhere.

Only a horrible property owner would hire such a terrible property management company. So if your new commercial landlord uses the Pacific West to manage their buildings, I would think twice about signing that lease.
