The company changed their name but it's still the same people and my review will stay the same... Also goes by the name.

This place is not the best to rent from. They go by another name Bridge Management and I'm very familiar with this company. For years my elderly parents rented from them and I dealt with everything and then they bought my home as a secret sale. I didn't know until I seen the sign in front of my house! I was heart broken because for years I dealt with them and nothing is ever done. Now that I rent from them, it hasn't changed. They don't fix anything, they raise the rent often and in my opinion they don't care about the tenants. I am familiar with tenants rights and when I try to talk to them about them they laugh and don't know the rights themselves. They act friendly just to get you in as a tenant but once you've gotten your home they give you a run around just to do any work on it. They pick and choose whose property they do things to. My best opinion is to rent from another company. They will raise your rent every year and won't fix anything. Be aware because they make up their own rules. Keep a copy of your lease and your allowed to say no if they come to your home unannounced.

Dangerous and crime riddled area. Horrible apartment complex. Car broken into 4 times Roaches galore. Drug dealers hanging out in common areas. The laundry room hardly ever worked. The pool(s) ... *Laughs*. Yeah, right. Management company is notorious for their negligence and uncaring manner. The names change but business values and practices didnt. Ownership known to be associated with known documented slumlords. Over 15 years of personal experience knowing these facts. I had over 30 different managers and went through 3 owners during my stay. Same LLC though. My car got set on fire and destroyed - their response: gave me a 3 day notice. I won the unlawful detainer case but they still forced me out. No eviction on my record though

I would give it a zero but it doesn't give me that option. I loved here less then a yr and I have had to call code enforcement 4 times just f or them to get things done. after most of it gets done they have the nerve to hand me a 30 day termination notice. and I don't cause any problems and never been late on my rent. stay away from here!!!!

If you're planning on living here, don't.
Your parking slot will be taken by somebody else, it's a survival thing for parking spaces. Even If there is no parking slots, you cant park on the street because it's a no parking any time zone, across the street and next to the apartments. Mexican management seems to think shes mayor or somebody with higher power. Neighbors are loud, drama every day, not a day where it's not quiet. Not cheap, and it always smells like cigarettes here.
So far, I have no good view for this place.

This is the worst apartment management agency I’ve ever come across! They don’t fix anything! I have been waiting three months to get important things in my apartment fixed and still nothing! I will be calling HUD first thing Monday morning to report my manager
