This is definitely a scam. Have to call a hundred times and when someone does answer there’s just foreign people speaking in the background, no one greets you just some dude says β€œhello” and then says to fill out a sketchy form they send you (which of course are all in sketchy unprotected websites) then they want you to send them a photo of your ID, and a selfie!
This is identity fraud 101 and I will be contacting the right people about this.
