Why the surplus of 5 star reviews in just the past week or two? Suspicious if you ask me. I bet they offered something to current tenants if they give a good review or they’re just begging them at this point to help get their average rating up. Don’t believe it for one second! Steer clear. Find another company to rent from and save yourself the stress. It’s not worth it. We were never told about our basement issues and we had to nag them just to get some kind of help, which the help sucked! And gaslighted over our issues too. Then told our lease wasn’t being renewed due to ā€œnecessary repairsā€ but I can BET that they’re just gonna get a new tenant in and not tell them shit about the basement just like they did with us. Just so the landlord doesn’t have to pay for repairs and they can keep making money off the place! Stay away from PARC!

Edited to add response to Parc’s comment: My bitterness is valid considering PARC and the landlord could have been upfront from the start that the lease wouldn’t be renewed. To delay it that long was irresponsible from both PARC and the landlord. I understand and have understood that you are not the owners of the property, but it is your responsibility to manage it for them. So still, you fell short here. We tried flagging the basement issues for the majority of our lease with no resolve. Yeah the maintenance man came and ā€œvapor sealedā€ but it was a wack job and didn’t help anything. No one ever came to actually inspect and determine the issues at hand until it was almost the end of our lease, leaving us with little time to find a new rental once. That’s the biggest problem of it all. We were made to feel like the issues with the basement were minor and that we shouldn’t be flagging them. Then finally we have the landlord come and validate our concerns, just to turn around the day after we ask for mold/radon testing and decide not to renew. Now that’s just unfair. You can try to act like you had no fault, but you did. You could have had more timely communication, better management, better treatment of tenant concerns. Again, blessing in disguise we aren’t renting from you again. I’m only trying to educate others on what a 2-year lease with you could entail. šŸ‘šŸ¼

I have little to no complaints with PARC Property Management! I’m over halfway into my two year lease and the service from them has been great. Whenever I put in a maintenance request they quickly fulfill it and sometimes go above and beyond my request. It is easy to get into contact with the office and our property is well kept. In the beginning of our lease we had a flood issue because drains were extremely clogged, but PARC diligently came out to fix the problem until it was completely resolved. I have not experienced any surprise fees when rent is due and they are very consistent with their service. All in all I am satisfied with my stay with the company.

My husband and I were able to get our lease signed on my lunch hour because of my busy schedule. I appreciate them doing that it was a BIG help! I appreciate them doing something out of the normal since I was working full time and in school. Allison the manager sends emails to keep us up to date. This as a smooth easy process. I highly recommend them

Update: Don’t waste your time applying unless you have perfect credit perfect rental history absolutely no criminal history and able to fly. I never turned in any documents not a single thing. Was denied in less than 24hrs. & yes I was emailing back and forth letting them know hey I’ve owed my house so I don’t have rental history from the last 4yrs. & That’s fine you’re comfortable with your third party vendor. Even with a low credit score and students loan debit.(see attached photos) and make your assumption. from your reviews you aren’t doing to great. which I’ve included as well(see attached) it was fair to let others know what they would be in for. & you process 2000 applications and deny 2000 more. Based on your bogus credit run.. How is that possible when you don’t have 2000 houses. That’s clear on your site all the properties available in different states. That number isn’t 2000. If your ā€œinformation came directly from the source and not a company contracted in another county you’d be or maybe I’d be better off. Happy renting.

Initial post: Im over these property management company. This one included. The information your third party vendors are pulling is INACCURATE. Then telling prospects that we need to call the company to dispute things when I have access to my own TRANSUNION EQUIFAX & EXPERIAN. I see none of the things the company sees. Not to mention i make well over 3x the rent. & have access to my credit scores and history. Then you’re taking applications from all these prospects and denying everyone. If you look at the contacts vs how long the home has been listed and you’re charging $50 $60 per application there isn’t a reason to rent the house out. Simply because you’re making money off application fees. Not to mention I’ve owned my home not rented OWNED. You don’t even have a process to verify that. Just flat out denying everyone. You third party companies are pulling is inaccurate information and your just rolling with it collect app fees. Don’t waste your time applying unless you have perfect credit perfect rental history absolutely no criminal history and able to fly. I never turned in any documents not a single thing. Was denied in less than 24hrs.

Parc has definitely done good to me, most notably Wanda F. Who help me through my application, made sure to take care of me, and actually communicated with me though out the whole process. The houses are realistic, both in what you pay for rent and with what you get which is something I can get behind. All in all I’m very happy to call my new place home.

The process for move in was easy! The date came and getting the keys was an easy process as well! Me and my family have lived in our home for a little over a year and we have loved every bit of it! Anytime we have any questions, we get answers pretty quickly! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a lovely home to rent!

Wanda F was EXTREMELY helpful. From the beginning with the application process, she quickly asked for all needed documents, and within 24 hours we had an approval. Even after the approval she has maintained communication with all the questions I had about the rental property. And at our signing lease she explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with all the information needed.

I'm just going to be honest, I have been with them for almost a decade. There have been some issues on both sides but nothing I could "1 star" about. In the last year I had temporary financial issues like a lot of tenants and people in general and when I needed and pleaded for their help, they dragged their feet.....on evicting me that is! They have had more patience than I would had! Even when I failed at some promised payment dates, they waited because they new I would come thru anyway. The eviction notices arrived but I noticed they were sent at the very last minute! Say what you will about PARC but in this day and age Cash is king and queen and most Owners and Property managers (sometimes one and the same) don't want to hear it and out you go! You could say they "parc-ed" their understanding right at my situation. I am grateful and happy to be a tenant!
