I am an Ameriprise Financial client and I have personal experience with this office, Patricia Austgen is an AMAZING advisor and I have been with their team for the past 28+ years. EXCELLENT, excellent service!!! She is a private wealth advisor and has helped me retire at age 55, we meet 4-5 times per year, in person, video conferences and screen sharing. She met with me and my CPA to review investments and taxation. No games, no gimmicks, just solid ADVICE. Very personable, great at educating me on my rollover and lump sum pension. Just received a letter directly from the company's CEO, outlining her latest achievement AWARD, highest in the company. I couldn't be happier, and am grateful that she is MY advisor. Best SERVICE I could find anywhere! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Didnt know how to utilize collateral for a secured personal loan. Frankly, the unprofessionality was appalling and wasted my time. Horrible experience. Shouldnt be licensed.
