I over paid hundreds of dollars for insurance on my house with this company. They never bother to check to see if there was anything better for me. They assured me that ONLY California Fair Plan was available for me at a rate of $3,000+ per year!!! I trusted them and had been paying $2,600+ for a whole year, and then I got the $3,000+ premium renewal offer with their ONLY option California Fair Plan. I did not get a call from them to tell me my policy premium was now at over $3k, and it wasn't until I got a letter from my lender telling me they were going to "Force Insure" on my account. That is when I started looking after Paul Diaz Insurance did not even answer their phone. At this time, I was able to find a policy at $912.00 premium with better coverage and NOT with California Fair Plan. I am saving over $2k per year with a new insurance broker.
