Do the employees here just get to come and go as they please? I looked up office hours to make sure I could make my payment and they would be open. I get here and there's a hand written note on the door saying they will be back at 3:10. Ive been here since 2:15 and I'm a busy woman with a lot of things to do. But i have to wait an hour in the hot car so these ladies can have an extra long lunch. Very unhappy.
