Peacock Insurance Agency has great customer service. Jonathan helped me change my Home and Auto Insurance to a better price carrier when I called for a quote. He was thorough, friendly, and efficient. His behavior showed he cared. I would recommend doing business with Peacock Insurance Agency .

Was looking to get home and auto insurance and had been getting offers from several companies. Was shopping for a company that that had a good rating. But had found pricing and having a roof over 10 years old will limit the selection. Called Peacock Insurance, because Erie is the 4th in line of top insurance companies, and met with Jonathan Peacock, told him my situation and he directed to roofing company to evaluate my roof and found that my roof is in very good condition. Then we went over the coverage for my home and cars, pricing was better than my last carrier, with some coverages I didn’t have on my last policy. Hope I never have to use my insurance but I now have good coverage. More things are covered than my last policy.
