I don't write or share many reviews as I rarely feel so compelled by a great or poor experience. I had the pleasure of connecting with Fred as I was planning to relocate to the area. I knew nobody, and was not familiar with the area. Fred and I worked out some details on what I was looking for and I began getting listings to look at. This collaboration narrowed down properties to look at when I was able to make it out. Fred and Julie met with me and showed me around the area, touring 4 properties that we had identified together. Their guidance along the way was super helpful. Julie was fantastic with her support, follow-through and timely communication. I can't imagine what a better buyer rep could do better. Recommendations were all solid, and professional.

I want to thank Julie, Jeanne, and the Peaks to Prairie Realty family many times over for helping my husband and me to find our perfect home! They went not only above but beyond the normal realm of duty for us. We knew some things that we wanted but wouldn’t really know the perfect one until we saw it. Julie and Jeanne kept a constant vigil on any and all properties that came up for sale whether it was their own listing or from another realty and if they thought we might be interested would forward us the information on it. Sometimes we could give them a heads up when we could come to Cody and sometimes only a day or two notice and they would always manage to fit us in that would work for both of us. I lost count how many properties they showed us and always with a warm friendly smile. They answered any and all questions we might have on a property. If they didn’t know the answer when asked they’d find out and get back to us in a very timely manner. In fact, if it hadn’t been for these wonderful, special people I have no doubt we wouldn’t be living in our beautiful home today. We had some hurdles to get across and Julie and Jeanne helped us through them. Love these women and would definitely recommend Peaks to Prairie Realty first and above all other realties.
