This property management company collects profit for slum lords. Bug and rat infestation in units - refusal to exterminate, leave tenants 3+ days without working plumbing, including no use of toilet, 3 days with out ac in Mid July. No cabinet faces, appliances don't work and if there's anything left in the unit prior to move in you assume responsibility to clear it out. Stear clear of this property management company! Rent from them at your own risk!

Moved us out every 2 years to sell, would not renew lease the last home we were moved out after 1 year, and kept most of deposit even though all 3 homes were left very clean, just normal wear and tear. We paid on time and kept the place in great condition but were treated poorly. Charged us for 7 days rent when we were moved out on the 1st with moving receipts and turned off utilities as proof. Still took an 800.00 deposit for carpet cleaning and touch up paint!!! Stay away unless you want to move every year!

This company SUCKS! Do NOT rent from them, the house I rented had the deadbolt of the main door messed up for almost a month, so the house was pretty much opened and in danger of getting vandalized. I called Will multiple times and he kept saying they were coming to fix it but it took them forever. When I came in to check the house before moving in that’s when I found out the house was opened and I found a note from the Animal Control Dept. saying an animal was abandoned here! I found cat poop, cat food and water in the master closet been a nightmare renting from this company. I have termites and they came to spray but now I have more and it’s been 7 days since I reported the problem and no one has showed up, Will just gave me the phone number to call the pest control company. Still waiting for maintenance to come and fix some stuff, I put in the work order almost 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Renting from them was the worst decision I’ve ever made.

Me and my husband paid for our application and we're told we would know something on Friday. Never herd anything, then told we would know something on Monday, nothing heard. Then nearly a month later was contacted and told they went with another application. Good luck with y'all. I'm loving my luxury apartment, nice pool, 2 gyms, library and great community. I'm so glad I didn't wait for that response from will. He was nice but poor business. Run away.

Warning! Do not rent here the apartment my fiance rented was dirtier when he moved in than it was when he left. The closet doors were always coming off the blinds were to small and sun damaged and they would not replace them. The floor was falling in and the ac leaked in the hallway and when It wasnt working properly nothing was fixed and they billed him for it. They claim everything they can to make sure you dont get a deposit back the walls were not painted when he moved in yet they charged him to pain them when he moved out. They use your money to repair their places. STAY AWAY!!

Found a rental property in Apache Junction through Pedersen Property Management. The home was not even close to being ready to live in. Already went through the paperwork, and put down the deposit. A date was set. When they told me to come and make sure the house was good enough to live in, I then discovered the walls were covered in black, the carpet was covered in burn marks, mold along the bottom of the wall. After telling the Rental guy, Will, he then told me to wait a couple of days and they would have it cleaned. After 5 days, we went back to see it, the carpet were still covered in burn marks, and the walls were just painted over. The closets were still disgusting, and covered in what i presume was soot, and the black was still along the bottom of the wall, to what i presume was mold. He has again told me a couple more days. At this point I have given up on this home. And do not want to live in a house where the previous tenants smoked in every room, and did other things in the house I dont want to even think of. Will, the property renter, has yet to respond to me. But I am not sure what to do, seeing as how I already gave notice to my current home owners, and I am expected to be moved out on the 10th of this month. I can't believe they thought this house was even close to inhabitable. Or why I would not notice any of the terrible things in the house hold. Not a good agency so far. Very VERY unsatisfied.

almost 10 years. Never missed any rent payments For absolutely no maintinance for rotting counters, leaks in ceilings, no weather strips, scorpions, SNAKES IN THE WALLS (CALIFORNIA KING) walls torn down for mold check, left open for weeks, assured Tennant's ''a" unit was liveable while bathroom was blocked off by plastic walls for asbestos check. Disorganized and slow with repairs to that bathroom. Leak was caused by nasty neighbors allowing toilet to flow through walls from their sinking floor.

UNFRIENDLY AND UNSANITARY neighbors who don't have their own garbage can will help themselves to other Tennant's cans. unit c smell of multiple cats and their feces(APT C), no upgrades done to lower units yet chargered 100$ more then UPGRADED units upstairs.

SLUM LORDS
