Part 1 (September 2023)

About a year ago, I contacted Peter Le, who is my Loan Officer from Synergy Lending. At that time I had some knowledge through watching related videos on YouTube, but Peter helped me and my husband understand every little thing we needed to know about the whole Home Loan Application process. His willingness to help, made us feel secure and confident knowing that he had our best interest at heart. Fast forward to July of this year, I reached out to Peter again to let him know we are ready to start the application. Peter is a master at what he does. Not only was he the fastest one to give us a pre-approved letter, he is also positive and supportive from beginning to end. But what mattered most to us was that he has truly been patient with every single question that we had. He communicated efficiently every step of the way. Communication, patience and understanding are the major keys in every relationship. And we are fortunate we have that with Peter.

I’ve told him this once before. We were truly blessed to work with someone who has a heart of a teacher. We love you Peter, thank you for being such an essential part of our first home-buying journey.

I can't recommend Peter highly enough. From start to finish, he made our mortgage refinance process seamless and stress-free. As always, Peter took the time to thoroughly explain every step, answered all our questions with patience. And if any issue arises, you can count on Peter to investigate/examine things carefully. He went above and beyond to secure us a significantly lower rate, always making it his priority to find more ways on how he could help us save money for the long run. We love that Peter is always on top of his communication, we never once felt like we were left hanging. We’re fortunate to be working with Peter again. We know he has a good heart and genuinely cares about his clients' financial well-being. We are sincerely grateful for all his help and support. Peter was incredibly helpful from the very start. We appreciate his approach of this process because we were unsure about starting the search or even committing to buying a home. He gave us some insight with a pretty casual phone call, provided good explanations and personal examples from his experience and with former clients. It wasn’t until talking to Peter that helped us feel comfortable with our financial situation. Peter told us to make sure we had all our ducks in a row, so dealing with any debts, saving up etc. before we really start applying and filling out any documents. Most of the time, he meets us where we are at and is not pushy and made sure we understood everything. I want to give a shoutout to Peter Le for being such awesome and helpful loan officer. He helped me through my first home buying process and got me great rates compared to others. He deserves 5-stars for responding quickly to my questions at various times of the day/evening and closing it when I was on vacation! I would totally recommend Peter to anyone looking to purchase a property!

Peter did it again! I was able to go through my first refinance with our new home with the help of Peter, and he was able to save me hundreds monthly! I just want to say I honestly appreciate the time and effort Peter took to complete this process. 5 Stars and highly recommend again!! 😁

Peter is an amazing lender. Easily, the best decision I have ever made by going with Peter and his team when I was shopping around with different lenders for my first home. Not only did he give me the best rate, but his services were second to none.
