I grew up in this neighborhood but now live in NYC. Past visits to the old "hood" left me very sad to see how deteriorated the area had become.
Then I came across the work Picket fence Property Company is doing and I was quite pleasantly surprised. The housing stock this company is reviving is essential in building back a neighborhood, and a town. Just read their mission statement and you know you're dealing with people who care about people, not just property. Quality counts, "there's only first class and no class". p.s. Love the old fire station!

No I do not live in a property...YET! But let me tell you these guys are just what Anderson needs! My friend just moved in to one of the newly renovated homes and she is constantly raving about how beautiful it is. I am so impressed with their efforts to bring life back into this community. There are very few reasonably priced AND quality options in this area. I hope they continue this until the whole town has been revived. 🥰👍

We have been using this company for about 2 years now, and our rep is probably the most down to earth, reasonable, kind, fair, personable, just all around good guy that clearly knows his stuff! I never leave reviews, but I made sure to take the time to do this one! I soo appreciate you guys!
