To say that Jonathan is great, would be an understatement. He is very personable, attentive, courteous and makes himself extremely available to his clients. He made our transaction seamless. Though, we were very annoying at times with hundreds of questions. Not once did he ignore us or hand us over to anyone else. He dedicated time (and mileage) to help us look for a home in Bakersfield, Visalia and Tulare. Other than that he worked side by side (virtually) with our Loan Officer who was based in San Diego County area. Our loan officer had an certain expectation for Edwin to negotiate with selling agent(s) on and he did it! Within 3-4 weeks we closed on a home that met our family needs.
