Literally provided everything waited over a week to be denied ultimately. I wasn’t denied off my credit which Is crazy to me but For literally everything else rental background(not a felon or on any kind of probation) & income which definitely shouldn’t have got me denied which again is crazy. What in the world is going on. Not to mention everything I turned in is literally of my own. Considering all the fraud going on these days. Just not sure what’s going on with these companies using property management companies to deny you for everything. Not even giving folks a fair chance. I Must add there were other prospects there while I was viewing. So I had little hope for this company. just thought I’d share my experience.

I have rented property for 5 years and have never had a more terrible experience with a rental company. They rarely respond and good luck getting maintenance when needed. Rent from anyone else and you’ll be grateful. Our lease was automatically resigned without any written notice or communication from the management company.

By far one of the worst leading companies I have ever seen. My mother’s roof has been leaking for over a month now. The entire light fixture is full of water. She’s been putting in maintenance requests since the day she moved in. Has had to open complaints with the Health department. Now she’s been having to take things in her own hands as far as getting handymen unless she would still have a clogged kitchen sink. The plumbing is a mess there’s mold all over not to mention how every time it rains outside it rains in her bedroom. RIDICULOUS and totally unacceptable

Absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. Javier tried to argue that service animals require a note. I could have sued. If you like NO communication, NO maintenance, and living in places where tenants keep dead animals in the basement, Pillario property probably has the perfect unit for you!
