Talk about an amazing bank experience! Every time I go to the Redding branch of Plumas Bank I am amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff are. They try their best to really know their customers and help them in the fastest and best way possible. They create a very friendly and welcoming environment for their customers. Hands down the BEST BANK!!! I have all of my accounts here and have for years!! They are a one stop shop and very small town personal service. What I like about Plumas Bank is that it reminds me of my small community bank in the small town where I grew up. There’s low turnover with employees, and everyone knows your name when you walk in. I’m always treated with the upmost respect and the customer service is outstanding, I have received several loans to help grow my business with the help of Mike and Aaron. They helped my business through Covid and have always been there as a resource and in the time of need. I highly recommend this bank for anyone that is looking to switch their business or personal accounts.

Most personable and friendly bank in Shasta County! It's like walking into Cheers except I trust Plumas with my money but I'm not sure I would trust my friends at Cheers with my money. Great Bank! Aaron the manager is the best!

I was looking for a smaller bank to get a business loan and Plumas Bank was recommended to me. So far I am not satisfied with the communication skills. Aaron had reached out to me before I came in, which was fine, but today I needed a question answer as immediate as possible and him nor Tyler has messaged me back after 7 hours. Tyler was the one that handled my loan and had zero communication with me after I got him the documents needed unless I reached out to him. The loan was granted to me but I may be shopping for another bank for my accounts just on the customer service aspect.
