Our community has repeatedly requested a copy of the Master Insurance Policy and yet we have not received it. It has been going on two months and they send us everything but what we ask for. I feel like we are being ripped off something so simple has turned into something so complicated. Our insurance for the property went from 60,000 a year to $215,000 a year. We were given less than a month notice of this change. There is more that I want to say, but why bother nothing will change.(sigh) I vote we have a talk!!
We have no choice than to look for other resources for Insurance. 😤

READ!!!! They Suck Dont Rent With This Property Team they Do Not Respond To Emails Me and My Spouse Applied for a property That we are more than qualified to rent . Was Denied within A few Minutes Veronica Doesnt Respond Back To Emails or Anything . Communication Sucks They Are SCAMMERS Just wanting your Application Fee Money with No Intention Of Approving You ! Same Houses Posted for Months At A Time Multiple Applications and Everyone Denied Stop taking People’s Hard Earned Money! Got Approved Somewhere Nicer The Same Week! Dont Waste Your Money On A Application With these people! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!

Have been trying to get approval for a simple fence from a reputable contractor for months now. They are impossible to get a hold of. I do not understand where my HOA dues go. They don't enforce any of their rules other than when payment is due.

I overpaid HOA fees by 4600.80 due to lien threats. In which one was filed! I sold property they still owe me 2,240.90 it’s been 3 weeks still have not received my money. I have sent numerous emails & made calls. Horrible! On a scale of 1-10.. I give a 0!

Going down, property is not well kept. Water bill went from $50 a month to $149 a month. They have no meters to read so I'm trying to figure out how do they come up with this amount for a water bill and only one person lives here I would not recommend anybody to move into these apartments. The manager is not a good property manager... There are no amenities the rent keeps going up. I have been here for 17 years not once have they painted my walls not once have they cleaned my carpet they're becoming slumlords
