I worked with PMI Michiana for several years as my property manager. Their employees were top notch to work with on every occasion we needed to work through some items.

I live remotely from South Bend, so I never had the luxury of assessing first hand when a repair was needed or a potential tenant was being reviewed. PMI was always proactive about all management and took care of everything. Each repair came with multiple quotes, tons of before and after photos, clear friendly explanations of what was needed, and complete ownership of the problem all the way through fixing it.

Because my property was a little older, it did require several repairs over the life of my owning it. PMI was great every time, not resentful that my old property was creating work for them. They handled things professionally, which was my expectation level. Every time, professional.

If I decide to return to the South Bend market in the future, PMI will be my first phone call.
