Connie Kozlowski at the Indian Wells office has been amazing to work with. We never meet but through texts, emails and phone calls she has helped me resolve a few issues I had after moving into my condo in Palm Springs. Horrible property group. Telling people they are not allowed to park more than one car on the street in my neighborhood. We don’t even have driveways. I have a car that must be parked on the street meaning that I can never have guests, I can never have parties or even holidays at my house because they have threatened to tow any car on the street without the singular parking pass they have granted us. I own my home and am being told I am not allowed to have company simply because they do not want cars on the street. To top it off, they have begun building new homes in our community and have left the back gate open 24/7 for the past eight months allowing random people to jump the fences into our pools, but they don’t care about that. They care about people who live here parking their own cars in front of their own homes. Do not buy a home in Via Campanile, it’s absolutely terrible and I will be looking into moving because of this horrible management group.
