I went into PMR to get some information on Gold & Silver pieces I had. And was immediately met by Mrs. Lei- Shell, Assistant Manager, she was very professional and polite. She answered all of my questions and helped me see and get the best value for my items I know longer wanted. Her and her co-workers made me feel very welcome.

We went into precious metals on January 7, and were so pleased that Kim waited on us. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable not to mention friendly. I had jewelry I had not worn for many many years and nobody to give it to. The price they gave us was more than fair, and we were extremely extremely pleased. I highly recommend you go into precious metals and you will be surprised whether you need money or you have things you’ve never worn and they will give you more than a fair price. Kim was extremely pleasant to deal with very personable and not pressure driven. She was fair and honest and I believe the company is too.

I had old coins I really had no idea of the worth. I also wanted advice on what to do with some unwanted diamond studs earrings. I was helped by Leo-shell Streyle. She was wonderful to work with! She was knowledgeable, honest and so enjoyable to talk to. If something was not of worth for them she made recommendations where I might find someplace that might be interested in what I had. All in all a very good experience!

My wife and I meet up with Kim today in the Green Valley office. We had brought an assortment of jewelry and watches for her to appraise.. After explaining that many of the items we brought in were worthless and not the millions we had anticipated. We were surprised however we made a few hundred $ for items that we thought was worthless. Kim was very professional, polite and friendly. We enjoyed our time at PMR.
