What a great experience I had at the Burbank Branch !
Chris Huanca was breath of fresh air. Chris is a type of person that was not accepting , NO , for an answer . My issue was remedied in less than 30 minutes , I had fresh bottled water & candy while we worked out the situation . " Over the a Moon " happy with the results. Thank You Chris .

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They have the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the employees so incredibly rude, but they will lie to you for no reason. Yesterday i called to conform that my account is available to withdraw money from and they told me I simply had to come in, and sign for my money. Today when I went into this bank, they did not take responsibly for the fact that one of their employees lied to me over the phone. They told me my money was not accessible EVEN THOUGH ITS MONEY I WORKED FOR And threatened to call 911 on me if I didn't leave. They where so disrespectful and so rude I am still in awe of the way I was treated. I drove an hour to this bank, and now I have no gas to get home even though THEY TOLD ME I can come get my money from simply signing. They kept repeating "it's not our fault", If THEIR employee tells me false information it actually is THEIR fault. Take some responsibily. I would never EVER come to this bank. Horrible !!!

This place was awesome, the customer service was on point, and the assistance needed by my mom also on a perfect on point service. I don't mine going over the hill to receive great customer service.
After mom was done with credit union, she easily went to Jersey Mike's to have a waiting good ordered meal. lol
It was Saturday, expect to wait next door.
And, how I tested things too. lol
